Will I have to go to any meetings and face my creditors?

You don’t have to attend any meetings that your creditors may be present at, although you can do so if you wish. When the creditors’ meeting is called to give them the opportunity to vote on your IVA proposal it may be possible that none of your creditors will actually attend, instead giving their decision in writing to the Licensed Insolvency Practitioner dealing with your case.
