Will I be debt free at the end of my IVA?

Providing you make all your monthly repayments for the duration of your IVA then at the end of the 5 years you will be completely debt free and able to start your life again.

It’s vitally important that you include all of your unsecured debts in your IVA. If you forget about any of them or fail to disclose them, then they won’t be included in your IVA and you will still be liable for these.
