BA lifts FTSE 100 slightly at close of play

The FTSE 100 ended Friday slightly up, led by British Airways.At close of play, the London index stood at 5,322.36, a rise of 9.36 points, 0.18 per cent.
BA ended Friday up 2.81 per cent, 5.80 points, to 212pp, with AstraZeneca also up 2.56 per cent to 2,843p.
The biggest losers of the day was Rangold Resources, down 4.27 per cent, 222 points to 4,973p
Standard Chartered was also down 3.63 per cent to 1,513p.
