The actor, famous for Minder, Family Affairs and The Bill, recounts how he and his wife became thousands of pounds in debt before Webster declared himself bankrupt in 2005.
Entitled 'Debt Rescue: How to Get Through a Year of Financial Ruin and Survive!', the book discusses ways people can try to improve their debt management and avoid bankruptcy.
Webster was enjoying a promising acting career but after declaring himself bankrupt, his TV series Family Affairs, on Channel Five, was axed and a year later in 2006 his home was repossessed.
It comes as the number of people spending more than they earn each month has reached 5.3 million, according to research by Legal & General.
Debt Rescue includes financial advice from accountant Ian Cadlock and covers subjects including borrowing, overdrafts, creditors and self-assessment.
